Painted Chair with Cane and Colour Seat

A very pretty vintage chair, freshly painted in a hard wearing enamel paint from Tikkurila called 'Silk Road', a beautiful warm teal.

The seat has been returned to it's original cane design but with a twist. I have added in some waxed cotton threads to make the daisy and button pattern creating a unique, statement piece of furniture.

This is a refurbished vintage item that has had a busy previous life and it may have minor imperfections relative to it's age. As it has been lovingly restored and refinished by hand you should expect a high-quality craftsman's finish rather than a machine/factory finish. We have given it lots of love and attention and it's now ready for a new home.
