Vintage 1960s 'Kraft' Ottoman/Blanket Box

A beautiful, restored 1960s woven storage ottoman/blanket box. Made by 'Kraft' in a Lloyd Loom style.

It has been repainted by hand in Fusion Mineral Paint 'Cathedral Taupe' with thE gold trim reinstated to match it's original finish, along with the inside of the lid. The inside has also been painted in a soft lilac eggshell to tone with the new fabric and give a hard wearing finish.

The top is completely new, with new foam and fabric. The fabric is called 'Maldives' in Caribou from iLiv. It's 100% cotton and features botanicals in muted Mauve, Teal & Mustard.

All upholstery materials comply with current fire safety regulations. Includes a schedule 3 interliner and safety label.

As it has been lovingly restored and refinished by hand you should expect a high-quality craftsman's finish rather than a machine/factory finish. We have given it lots of love and attention and it's now ready for a new home.
